Prices are in Canadian dollars before taxes (they do not include applicable taxes.) (* Taxes are not included in the price listed on the website, nor the cost of delivery.) In no event GRAND PRIX IMPORT and / or its affiliates cannot confirm the final price of the purchase of a product before you place your order and have completed the process. All shipping charges and applicable taxes on your purchase will be charged once the order placed.

When price changes on our website, validity takes effect at 00:00 (midnight) Eastern Time (UTC-05: 00) (US and Canada). All prices shown are in Canadian dollars.

GRAND PRIX IMPORT and / or its affiliates reserves all rights regarding the quantities of products available for sale, rectify, refuse, cancel or revoke an order, even orders already completed, validated and / or debited from your credit card . In the event that your credit card was debited or charged, GRAND PRIX IMPORT and / or its affiliates would make timely repayment only for the amount paid for the order would have been canceled.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

WARRANTY ON PRODUCTS

All products shown on this web site are warranted by the manufacturer against defects in materials and workmanship to the extent of the manufacturers’ warranty.

Technolift garage equipment products have a 3 month labour and 1 year parts warranty. Mondial garage equipment products have a 1 year parts warranty.

SICE, CEMB, M&B Wheel Service equipment have a 1 year parts warranty.

Grand Prix Import Warrants its RWC wheels for a period of one(1) year from date of purchase. This warranty covers any manufacturer’s defect.

If a problem occurs when installing a RWC wheel, contact our tech support for help.

This warranty is valid and applies only to  products with proper installation according to the application. Grand Prix Import reserves the right to deny any claim for defective products due to improper installation, improper use, alteration, modification, abuse, neglect or breakage due to impact (accident).

The warranty is not transferable and any other costs (labor / transportation etc.) are not covered.

RETURN POLICY

We accept returns of unopened products up to 30 days after the date of purchase. A 20% handling charges will be applicable on all returns for credit.

Opened, used products, special and customized orders, or any items marked as non-refundable/final sale are not accepted for returns.

Contact our Customer Care team to initiate your return. Shipping costs are not refundable and any shipment 'freight collect' will be refused. Returned merchandise must be in its packaging and original condition. Make sure to include all materials, manuals, instructions, etc.

Customers will be charged for shipping costs for any orders that are canceled after item has already shipped, but not yet received by customer.

Credits will be issued only after we have received product back from customer and inspected it.

Any damages caused by the carrier must be reported within 24 hours of receipt.

Shipping & Handling:

All our products can be shipped anywhere in Canada. For shipping in the US territories, Europe or elsewhere abroad, you must take full responsibility and additional costs related to customs clearance and shipping that might apply.

GRAND PRIX IMPORT and / or its affiliates assumes any responsibility for shipping, fees or customs clearance costs, losses and damages, or any other event that may hinder the smooth running of an order shipped outside its normal shipping territories.

Delivery

Grand Prix Import makes no guarantee that ordered items will arrive by a certain time or date. Grand Prix Import is not responsible for any additional fees customer may incur for rental of equipment for purposes of unloading or other purposes related to receiving product. Some larger items will need a loading dock or some other special means to remove item from delivery vehicle. Customers are responsible to provide for these means. Again, customer is responsible for unloading heavy truck freight shipments from delivery truck, unless other arrangements have been made (ie: liftgate delivery). Additional charges will apply for a liftgate delivery. Some items are too large for a liftgate.

If freight company attempts delivery and nobody is present to receive shipment, causing a subsequent re-delivery attempt, customer will be responsible for paying a re-delivery fee. Additional charges would also be required if customer needs to re-direct shipment to a different delivery address after order has already shipped. Customer may also be responsible for storage fees if freight carrier has to hold product due to customer being unable to receive product for periods of two days or more.

Installation

Customer is also responsible for installation of products, unless otherwise agreed to. Customer must follow manufacturer's installation specifications and instructions for installation and operation exactly or warranty and return capability may be eliminated.
